    How do credits work?
    Credits pay for the AI usage behind your agents. One credit equals one penny of actual AI cost — no markup. When your team uses an agent, credits are deducted from your shared monthly pool based on the real cost of the AI call. Different agents cost different amounts of credits depending on which AI model they use, but you always see exactly what’s happening.
    How many agents can I use?
    Core unlocks 10 agents from our catalog of 30. Pro unlocks 20. Max unlocks all 30. You choose which agents to enable for your organization, and you can swap them anytime — your configuration and history are preserved even when an agent is disabled.
    What happens if we run out of credits?
    You can purchase top-up credit packs that don’t expire until used. Your plan also refreshes with your base credit allocation every month. If your team consistently runs out, it’s usually a sign to upgrade — the next tier includes more users, more agents, and more credits.
    Can I add more users to my plan?
    Yes. Each plan has a minimum user count, but you can add as many additional users as you need at the same per-user rate. Each new user also adds credits to your shared pool.
    Do you offer refunds?
    We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try Sandbots without risk. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable, but we handle edge cases (billing errors, service issues) case-by-case — just reach out.
    What are Web Scrapers
    Web Scrapers keep your agents current with content from your own websites. Set up a scraper on any page you control — your services page, pricing page, blog, product catalog — and schedule it to update daily, weekly, or monthly. Every agent in your organization will have access to the latest content automatically. No more copy-pasting updated info into prompts. Each plan includes a monthly scrape limit.
    What is Agent Handover?

    Agent Handover lets you switch between agents in the middle of a conversation without losing your progress. Working with the content agent on a blog post and need SEO input? Tag in the SEO agent — they see the full conversation and pick up where you left off. No copy-pasting, no re-explaining, no starting over. It’s one of the features that makes Sandbots work like a real team instead of a collection of disconnected tools.

    Can I change plans anytime?

    Absolutely. Upgrade instantly with prorated billing — new features and increased credits apply the moment you upgrade. Downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data, agents, and brand configuration stay with you across plan changes.

    Is there a free trial?
    Yes — 14 days of Core, no credit card required. Set up your brand profile, try the agents, generate real content, and see if Sandbots fits your team before committing.
    What about connectors?
    Connectors let Pro and Max customers push agent outputs directly into tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Shopify. They’re launching in the coming months. Pro subscribers get access to their first 3 connectors; Max gets unlimited.
    Is my data secure?
    Yes. Your brand information, agent configurations, and generated content are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your data to train AI models. Each organization’s data is isolated — you control who on your team has access to what.
    What currency will I be billed in?
    All plans are billed in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location. Canadian and other international customers will see the local currency equivalent on their card statement based on their bank’s exchange rate.
    What kind of files can I store in Sandbots?
    Storage is designed for the reference materials your agents need — brand guidelines, product docs, training materials, logos, and commonly-used images. It’s not designed to replace your primary file storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Supported file types include PDF, Word documents, plain text, and common image formats (JPG, PNG, SVG, WebP).
