Terms of Service for Sandbots

Welcome to Sandbots. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and AI services. By accessing app.sandbots.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
  • Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account when signing in via Google or Microsoft. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Use of AI Services (Gemini Models)

  • AI Output: You acknowledge that Sandbots uses Google Gemini models to generate responses. AI can provide inaccurate, biased, or offensive information. Sandbots does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any output.
  • No Professional Advice: Outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Training: As per our current API agreements, your data submitted via Sandbots is processed by third-party AI providers but is not used to train their foundational models.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Sandbots to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or promotes hate speech.
  • Attempt to “jailbreak” or reverse-engineer the AI models or our platform.
  • Use automated scripts (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service without authorization.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Sandbots brand, logo, UI design, and code are the exclusive property of Sandbots.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you enter. You grant Sandbots a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
  • AI Output Ownership: To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated by the AI based on your prompts.

5. Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions: If you choose a paid tier, you agree to provide valid payment information. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandbots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
